The holiday season is nearing, and with that time comes thinking about creative ways to store your gift bags, wrapping paper, and tags! For myself, using a wrapping paper organizer really helped save me time, space, and energy when it comes to the holidays and staying organized as I wrap gifts. I even use my wrapping paper organizer for everyday holidays such as anniversaries, birthdays, or celebratory holidays such as mothers Day or fathers Day.
It can be easy when the holiday season rolls around to feel the need to go out and buy wrapping paper supplies, gift bags, and tags. This can be quite wasteful, not to mention create more clutter. Most of the time, we have supplies left over from previous holidays however they either haven’t been taken good care of and are bent, torn, or wrinkled or we simply can’t find them! Therefore, I absolutely adore using a wrapping paper organizer as it’s easy to locate, easy to safely store the items and I am not being wasteful as I can re-use and find old supplies.
What’s your favourite holiday season? Do you have a way to organize and store your holiday gift supplies? Let me know below!

Environmentally Friendlier than Alternatives
It can be easy to go out each holiday and purchase the gift-wrapping supplies you need. This is not environmentally friendly as it can easily lead to waste, as well as purchasing more than is needed. By using a wrapping paper organizer, you can easily see what you have left over and access unused and lightly used pieces.
Recently used wrapping paper that has been gently used I fold nicely and place into this storage bin so I can use this at a different time when I might need a smaller gift size. Tissue paper is often a wrapping supply that can easily be reused and is small to store as most of the time folded is less than an inch.
By reusing old items, using what you already own, or simply doing some DIY options gift wrapping that is left over it can help with reducing unnecessary purchasing or spending on gift supplies. Having wrapping paper organized lets you easily see what you own before you head out to the store!
Wrapping Paper Organizer saves you money!
As I mentioned above having a paper storage organizer for your wrapping papers and gift tag items can help with not needing to spend more around the holidays by wrapping supplies. During the holiday season wouldn’t it be great to save a couple of dollars? This allows you to likely not need to spend money on supplies given you likely have leftovers from a previous holiday such as Christmas wrapping paper.
As well, when paper rolls or paper gift items are left out and not stored properly, they are likely to be damaged or torn. When this occurs, most people will toss or waste a portion of those items simply because they got damaged by not being stored properly. Using a storage box or wrapping paper organizer allows you to safely store paper so you can keep it in good condition for the next time you want to use it. You’ll likely only need to buy one, maybe two, and then you won’t need to repurchase an organizer or storage bin likely for quite some time! Having your gift wrapping stored so it won’t be damaged will save you money in the long run! I keep our wrap organizer stored in our house and use it year after year to access wrapping papers from years back that I’m still using up! I can’t remember the last time I went out to a store to buy more as I reuse and use up old pieces often!

Find supplies with ease!
Using a wrapping paper organizer allows you to find what you need with ease! This means you can quickly get out of the storage bin you need and access supplies quickly. Before I had a wrapper paper organizer, I can’t even begin to count how long it took me to round up all the supplies to get ready for holiday wrapping. All my supplies were in different locations and going around the house trying to find all the things I needed did take quite a bit of time. Now, using a paper storage container I can easily store all my items in one big bin and pull it out and find exactly what I needed.
Especially when it comes to the holiday season, we could all use a bit more time back in our lives! This is a great way to get some time back, as well as avoid unnecessary headaches and stress. My fiancé now has also gotten in the habit of going to the bin for any holidays as well as for him, he was someone who often lost or misplaced wrapping supplies so even those who are not organization inclined will save time and energy!
Space efficiency in your home
The amount of space our wrapping paper storage takes up compared to before is a big reason to make the switch if you haven’t. When your wrapping paper rolls are out and not organized, they can often take up quite a bit of space given the length of the rolls. Placing them into something like a hanging wrapping paper storage, gift-wrapping organizer, or finding something on wrapping paper storage Amazon will save you so much space!
For us, we use an under-the-bed storage Rubbermaid 40” wrapping paper holder storage bin with wheels. This allows it to be tucked away and out of sight but also has us easily access it as we need to. Depending on your space you can consider vertical or horizontal storage bins for your space.

Wrapping Paper Organizer Ideas
If you’re curious about making the switch to a wrapping paper organizer I suggest you take a look at the items below! There are lots of styles and sizes of gift-wrapping storage ideas. For myself, under-the-bed storage works best for our current living arrangement and storage space. Personally, I can’t wait one day to own a bit of a bigger storage bin that can be in a storage room as opposed to under our bed.
As I mentioned above these are great investments as once you purchase one you likely won’t need another for quite some time. You’ll likely find these pay for themselves over the years by preventing damage to supplies and preventing you from needing to buy more supplies each holiday season. What’s one of the next gifts you need to wrap? It could be a gift for a loved one not feeling well, an anniversary, a birthday, or the upcoming holiday season.

I really like this idea, especially as my home has very little space for anything so extra stuff hanging around is really messy/frustrating. This will definitely help compared to throwing things out because I have zero storage. Thanks for this idea!
Ooh, interesting post! I’ve seen people have wrapping paper organizers on TV or movies but I don’t know anyone in my life who has one! This would definitely be amazing since my house becomes a mess before Christmas day with decor and gift wrapping stuff everywhere haha x

I am all about opening gifts carefully because I love the reuse the wrapping paper or issue! When gifts are popped into a bag or box and just gently wrapped but not taped, I am very happy.
I have never heard of this type of organizer before, but I love how it keeps the paper easily accessible and separate from everything else in the rack. <3

My wrapping paper stash in not organised at all so I’ll definitely be taking some tips from this post!
I’ve never seen a wrapping paper organizer before, lol. I agree it is a problem keeping and storing paper in the house. I used to click them away kn my cabinet. They would wrinkle and I’d use any best piece remaining, the rest tj be discarded away. I love that it’ll keep the paper neat and wrinkles away. Useful post and really nice review. Xx
